A place to relax & rejuvenate
Most of our 7-day retreats start on a Sunday and end the following Saturday. You are welcome to book consecutive weeks for a deeper experience. Kaliyoga’s yoga classes and activities are focused on awakening the ability to know yourself deeper. All you need is curiosity and focus, then health, relationships and a positive outlook can all be developed and maintained with a simple, regular home practice which you will learn here in one week.
Our week-long yoga retreat Spain includes a yoga course with our dedicated in-house teachers, designed to re-calibrate and re-connect mind with body, whilst developing sensitivity and focus.
Our delicious cuisine will bring pleasure to your taste buds
Our menu varies according to the season – for example in summer we lean more towards raw salads, grains and superfoods, then when the days are shorter we choose hearty dishes for warmth. We source all our seasonal ingredients from local farmers who deliver to us in person.
“I had the most wonderful holiday at Kaliyoga and must congratulate Rosie and Jonathan for creating the perfect retreat.”
