WHAT WE PROVIDE
All yoga equipment is supplied in the yoga hall (mats, belts, bolsters, blocks)
Liquid soap in bathrooms
Bathroom towels (white)
Pool towel (green)
Fleece shawl for meditation.
WHAT TO BRING
Sun barrier cream.
Sandals/flip flops for around the house & pool.
Clothing – wear whatever makes you feel at ease, the weather is usually warm and dry.
Bring a light sweater, small backpack and walking shoes for spring and autumn.
MEALTIMES – ETIQUETTE, DEVICES
For a peaceful dining experience, mobile devices should be out of sight and in flight mode.
SAUNA & POOL – ETIQUETTE, DEVICES
Guests seek and expect privacy on retreat.
No photography & no videography around the pool.
Devices : headphones please, not speakers.
FREE TIME ON WEDNESDAY
After brunch on Wednesday morning there are no planned activities, so you can deepen the experience of doing nothing right here. Alternatively, if sightseeing interests you, Granada is worth a trip. We can help you book some horseback riding in the mountains, or an afternoon at the beach.
DINING OUT ON WEDNESDAY
Guests often eat out at a local taverna or restaurant. For those who prefer to remain here, a light meal of wholesome vegetable soup & home-made bread is available.
DIETARY ISSUES
If you have a dietary challenge that we may not yet be aware of, kindy let us know in good time.
SMOKE FREE
Due to strict fire regulations, smoking is not permitted on site, except in the driveway area where cigarettes must be safely extinguished and disposed of responsibly.
ALCOHOL FREE
Please do not bring or consume alcohol on site. If you fancy a tipple, there is a bar within comfortable walking distance.
