What To Bring
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable during the day and breathable fabrics or lycra leggings for yoga class. In spring and summer please bring lightweight clothing, swimsuit, sunhat, sunglasses, UV skin protection, sandals/flip flops and a shawl or cardigan in case it is cool in the evening. In Autumn bring warm clothes, a warm jacket, slippers and a rain coat – but also bring shorts and sandals for warm days. During hill walking months (March, April, Oct, Nov) bring a small knapsack.

All yoga equipment is supplied in the studio (mats, belts, bolsters, blocks)
Hand & liquid soap in bathrooms.
Stainless steel water bottles.
Bathroom towels (white) .
Pool towel (green) .
Fleece blankets for meditation.
Hot water bottle, umbrella, sun parasol.
Phones & Photography
During your stay if you wish to switch off/detox from your digital devices, you can ask the manager to keep them safely for you.
When taking photographs or videos in the communal area, please respect the privacy of all guests and always request permission before filming. You can read on your device around the pool and listen to music on headphones, but it’s not ok to make & receive phone calls, unless discretely in your room or in the parking area. If you need to use your computer or mobile device for work, free wifi is available in the reception area.
After brunch on Wednesday, there is free time in the afternoon with optional activities: horse riding in the mountains, or visit the Alhambra palace fortress in Granada, or spend the afternoon at the beach. In the evening you can enjoy a light supper at Kaliyoga, or there are local tavernas and restaurants to explore.
Due to strict fire regulations, smoking is not permitted on site, except in the parking area where cigarettes must be safely extinguished and disposed of responsibly.
Please do not bring or consume alcohol on site. If you fancy a tipple, there is a bar within walking distance.
