Whether you wish to start a business, write that book, commit to the expression of your artistic talent or initiate a community project, the aim of this retreat is to identify your creative goal and – using tried and tested life coaching tools – empower you to politely ignore your inner critic and take the practical steps necessary to real-ise your dream.

Committing to your creativity can seem like a daunting prospect, but with Rosie’s guidance and a supportive peer group, your ideas, hopes and dreams will grow wings.

What you will gain from this retreat

Aside from the yoga, meditation & group coaching sessions, there will be plenty of time to relax, go for walks in the hills and valleys, engage with our therapeutic treatment practitioners and of course just flop in a hammock with a good book.

Please note that this retreat is based on Creative Self-Development, rather than group therapy or psychotherapy.

About your host

Hello! I am Rosie and I am passionate about teaching yoga posture practice and meditation as a path to stability and joy. My extensive training in the dynamics of yoga integrity with yoga master Godfrey Devereux led me to co-found Kaliyoga, where we emphasise holistic well-being and personal growth.

In addition to my yoga expertise, I have trained in creative empowerment coaching with master life coach and communications strategist Lynne Franks.

This training has enabled me to help others realize their creative potential. I am dedicated to supporting each participant at Kaliyoga on their journey to greater self-awareness and fulfillment.

“I went to Kaliyoga for the first time some years ago, frightened, wired, angry, in fighting mode and spitting like a cobra, badly needing a place and sense of refuge. I had foolishly confessed to my boss that I had mental health issues and as a result was being bullied out of the workplace… After a week of great food, inspirational yoga, sundown mocktails, cackling like a loon, and jumping around like a tit to ecstatic dance music, I left this amazing refuge recalibrated, more zen, but truly motivated to get out of the hell hole I was in, with the best wishes and support of some fabulous divas from all walks of life. When I finally secured my release from work, I returned to this place to lick my wounds and realised that from thereon in was when my real fight for life started. Sometimes we don’t realise how messed up we are until we stop walking the wheel. I’m still in the fray but would not hesitate to recommend Kaliyoga as a place to soothe your heart and mind, bond with some fabulous biatches (sorry for the language Rosie 😉 ) and walk away with a new sense of purpose.” Wendy K.
