A graduate of Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in India and has also studied Dynamic Yoga Method with Godfrey Devereux and Insight yoga and Yin yoga with Sarah Powers. Lely’s classes are never the same twice, as she responds to the needs and ability of each student in the room. Lely has been with Kaliyoga for many years, specializing yoga for in detox, menopause, organic health and trauma release.
Yoga teacher & Thai Yoga Practitioner Arantza (pronounced Ar-an-cha) was raised in the Basque region of Spain and has traveled the world. She is a graduate of Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Kerala and studied yoga with BKS Iyengar and Dynamic Yoga with Godfrey Devereux. Her vinyasa yoga classes are invigorating and powerful, delivered with no-nonsense Zen simplicity and wisdom.
Leah has practiced yoga for over 20 years and has taught since 2003. Drawing on a mixture of traditional teaching methods, she encourages you to practice intelligently, enabling you to build a daily self-practice. With Leah, you will explore the inner landscape of body, mind, and breath, discovering and relishing deep peace within the very core of your being. Teachers and influences: TKV Desikachar, BKS Iyengar and Vanda Scaravelli and alternative approaches to movement and body awareness including Feldenkrais, Qi-gong & dance.
With more than 1,600hrs of teacher-training leadership and 500hrs certified yoga training, Holly focuses on opening up the pathways to clarity, sensitivity, and a flowing sense of embodiment that will support you, empower you and help you to live skilfully through difficult times. An open mind and a reasonable fitness level are required.
Certified 500-hour Yoga teacher & Level-3 Mat Pilates teacher, with specialist training in Women’s Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Lauren’s morning yoga classes use slow but powerful dynamic flows; evening classes mix resting and restorative poses to nurture body and mind. Teachings focus on alignment and breath, helping you to feel yoga evolving within you, rather than the other way around. Morning and evening classes are accessible to all; private sessions are tailored to your individual needs.
