Yoga classes with Kaliyoga's experienced in-house teacher, every morning and evening. Morning sessions are moderately active; evenings are restorative. We aim for yoga to be accessible to all, whether old or young, supple or stiff. Meditation is included in every class. [note - no evening session on Wednesday]

Kaliyoga is located in rural countryside between the villages of Lanjarón and Orgiva, south of Granada in the region called 'Las Alpujarras', renowned for white hilltop villages and steeply terraced groves of olive, almond, avocado and lemon. Certified by UNESCO as a Biosphere Reserve, it is one of the finest walking and cycling areas in southern Europe.
