Kaliyoga is the creation of two yoga teachers who fell in love and shared a vision to create a haven where you can step off the hamster wheel and reclaim your work-life balance. The warmth and experience of our in-house staff make every retreat uniquely special. Our guests call it Kali-magic. We call it coming home to yourself. We’re open most weeks and so whenever you’re ready, we look forward to helping you find your passion and shine your light.
what we do
During your stay, you may like to try some natural health treatments. Our exceptionally gifted massage and therapy team is available every day for a wonderfully nurturing experience that would be hard to beat anywhere in the world. > Jump to our natural treatments page in Spain > Jump to our natural treatments page in Italy
Spring and autumn in southern Italy are warm enough to explore Puglia by bicycle. Our guided rides require a reasonable level of stamina and cardio fitness. > More about Puglia
You are welcome to sunbathe by the pool, read in a hammock, catch up on some guilt-free sleep, or go for a nature walk. Evenings are sociable and making new friends happens by itself, though if you prefer to be quiet, that’s ok too.
Our Hill Walking retreats in Las Alpujarras, Spain, combine two days of guided hikes plus daily yoga classes and meditation sessions. The walks are suitable for anyone who enjoys walking and can tackle undulating terrain ranging from easy to moderately challenging gradients. > More about Hill Walking retreats
Near our retreat centre in Las Alpujarras we work closely with a riding school where guided horseback rides in the Alpujarra hills provide a unique meditative experience.
Every Kaliyoga retreat is designed to boost your wellbeing. Our experienced staff are here to support you with good food, yoga, meditation, spiritual guidance, and a broad range of holistic and therapeutic treatments.
Accommodation can be double, single, or room-sharing. There are en-suite rooms, rooms with balcony, and rooms with separate bathroom. In the summer months we also offer camping in furnished teepees (Spain). > Descriptions and photos of our rooms can be found in the booking system.
