Many people have been introduced to yoga for stress-relief.

In simple terms, stress is caused by the inability to cope with an overload of activity. When we learn to relax, we feel in balance again. A regular yoga practice can dispel anxiety, doubt and depression, in addition to bringing many physical health benefits.  

By linking body & breath in a smooth sequence of yoga postures, we start to relax, then we begin to experience greater clarity, in a completely natural way, and our levels of stress begin to recede. Yoga is mindful meditation in action.
