At Kaliyoga we teach a method which will help you to gain mastery of any other style of yoga and will also support you in daily life. The practice is concerned more with how we do yoga, rather than what shapes we make. It's about how we relate to what is going on inside ourselves, rather than perfecting the external form. You will experience yoga not merely as exercise/stretching, but as profound mindfulness in motion.

Natural therapy healing
You'll get advice from our natural health therapists on freeing yourself from things that hold you back. And most importantly of all, you'll begin to feel good again, just as you are, without the excuses of would, could or should e.g. catching up on some guilt-free sleep.
Note: Wednesday half-day begins with morning yoga class (2 hrs), followed by a substantial brunch, then free time to explore the region, or relax in peace. In the evening you can opt to dine out at a local restaurant, or stay home for a light meal.
