BOOKING
After your initial enquiry for availability, you will receive an on-line booking form and payment info (cheque or transfer). A refundable deposit of 500 euros secures your place, then the final balance is payable one month before the retreat begins.
TRANSPORT (last updated April 3, 2008)
Arrival day
We will provide free group transport to Kaliyoga from Malaga airport (flights landing no later than 13:00) and Granada airport (flights landing no later than 14:30). To participate in this service, kindly let us know your flight details and we shall respond with information about the meeting point and pick-up time.
Note: if you cannot get to either of these airports in time, we can arrange a taxi for you costing 90 euos from Malaga and 50 euros from Granada.

Departure day
We break the fast and discuss your gradual return to healthy eating. If your personal commitments permit, we encourage you to stay until after lunch. Pre-booked taxis can be arranged at cost (see above). If other guests are sharing a taxi with you, the cost is shared.
CONTRA-INDICATIONS
This retreat is not appropriate if you are currently being treated for cancer, or receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy, or undergoing treatment for a life threatening illness, or if you are an insulin dependant diabetic, or of you have heart problems, or high blood pressure. This retreat is not suitable if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
Anyone with chronic illness should consult with their GP or Naturopath before attending. In certain cases we may ask for a letter from your health practitioner to confirm that you are well enough to participate in the retreat.
WHAT TO BRING
- Yoga clothing should be comfortable and non-restrictive, natural fibres are best: linen, cotton or hemp. Avoid wearing tight clothing (i.e. elastic waistband); remove all jewelry and wrist watch in order to regain sensitivity to those areas of your body.
- a pocket-torch is useful at night.
- sturdy shoes and jeans are useful for horse rides. In winter bring warm socks, a dressing gown and slippers, a sweater and a light raincoat. Swimwear is optional for the Jacuzzi, sauna and sunbathing.
Note: yoga mats, props, bath towels and bed linen are all provided.
